This month let’s talk about rechargeable hearing aids.
Rechargeable hearing aids have been around for a long time, however, they were not popular because the battery did not last that long. They had to be charged more than once a day. On top of this as wireless and more people streamed audio and music to their hearing aids, battery power consumption went up.
In the last 6 months there has been a surge in popularity of these devices due to a number of manufacturers offering rechargeable hearing aids. There are two new rechargeable hearing aid technologies, Lithium ion and Silver Zinc. Both of these technologies offer something different in terms of advantages and disadvantages, but one thing they both offer is the one charge per day expected standard.

As you hear from me over and over again, everything in life has something for it and something against it.
